I had some difficulties with the Livvi access system, as it often required me to force stop the app in order to open the locks. upon arrival, I had trouble accessing the online property guide from my Android phone, which meant I couldn't get the Wifi password for my early morning Zoom meeting.

The app for accessing the apartment only allows one guest to have it on their phone at a time, causing inconvenience for guests coming and going. The external door was sometimes difficult to access with the app.
